The right of use of the downloadable photos from this site are granted for publication in the press and for editing promotional material.
1) For each and every use of a photo, one must mention "photo: name of the photographer" (the name of the photographer is clearly indicated at the bottom of every photograph). ( According to the French law of March 11th, 1957 on the literary and artistic property, summed up in the law n°92-597 of July 1st, 1992 (Code of the Intellectual property).
2) Send us in the best delays a sample of each edition using our photographs, either via mail M&N Claris Organisation - 162, quai de Brazza – 33100 Bordeaux - France or via mail on a .pdf format, at claris@claris.fr.
3) Transferring or editing these images in any format on a different purpose or to other people is a fraud if done without written permission of the authors of the images.
